What kind of businesses do you work with?

I prefer working with small to medium sized businesses in a more personal and customer focused situation. Being a good fit with the owner/manager of the business helps the project develop in a more natural and creative manner, thereby projecting the right look and feel to the website.

I have designed websites for Singer-songwriters, Lawyers, Doctors, Nutritionists, Restaurants, Convenience Stores - I could go on and on... Check out my portfolio - it has many different business website examples.

How long will it take to build my website?

This will all depend on what is going to be included in the website, how many bells and whistles are required, how quickly the material is sent to me and the cooperation of the person managing the project. Some websites can take a week, some 4-6 weeks - it all depends on the project. If you're in need of a website to be up and running faster — let's talk about how we can get it done in your time frame.

Are your Websites Custom Designed?

Yes! Every website is custom made from start to finish. I do not purchase cookie-cutter templates or themes, I use OXYGEN BUILDER with Wordpress 95% of the time which allows me the flexibility to create my own template or theme.

As a Graphic Designer, can you make my company logo?

Absolutely! I have been in the Graphic Design business for over 30 years and have created many, many logos. I would be happy to help with yours!

Is your work done in-house or do you Outsource?

All website design is done in-house. If there are areas of additional work needed, I will help guide you to a solution. The only time I have had to make a referral is when more robust SEO is required — I do basic SEO for all clients during the building of the website with much success!

Who owns the website after it is complete?

After all the work is completed, the website is yours. All images, content etc

There are no additional fees, monthly or otherwise, unless you require monthly maintenance.

Do you offer services other than web design?

Yes! I have been in the design field for over 30 years. I design logos, brochures, flyers, promotional materials, banners, conference booths - you name it!

Who maintains the website after it is built?

I offer maintenance plans for the "very busy entrepreneur". As part of any project in my studio, I offer to teach you how to maintain your own website. I find that many business owners are too busy to keep up with the maintenance. It is extremely important to keep your website maintained and updated to avoid potential hacks/viruses/etc.

Can you change my current website or complete a website that is incomplete?

YES! Very often I am asked to redesign outdated websites. Redesigns give a fresh new look to your business. Google loves updated and current information.

I have also been in prickly situations where the client was not happy with what the website developer they hired produced. Very often I've been hired to take over and rebuild / fix mistakes, successfully, I might add.

Are the websites you build mobile responsive?

Definitely! We optimize all websites to fully function on all mobile devices. It is so important these days to be mobile responsive.
